Job stages help you better organize your jobs and see where you are at with your hiring effort.

You’ll notice that there are 4 different hiring stages. Open, In Review, Draft and Archived.

There's a slight difference between "Open" positions and "In Review" positions.

Jobs that are under the "Open" category are jobs that are currently receiving applications.

When a job is “In Review” it means you're no longer accepting applications and are now reviewing applicants. Your job will also be taken off job boards. This allows you to review and interview candidates without having to list the job as "Archived".

NOTE: Any jobs that are within the “In Review” stage still count against your subscription plan. Once you have moved the successful candidate(s) to hired, simply move the job to "Archived" and you'll get your job slot back.
