How do I create and use an email template?

This article will show you how to create a new email template and preview your email before sending it

Creating an email template is super easy!

You'll first need to go to the "Manage Templates" section in the top right drop down.

From there, you can click "Add Template" to create a new email template. 

From there, just fill out the information and click "Add Template".

If you'd like to add custom fields, like a job seekers first name, you can click the "P" button and select a placeholder.

These placeholders will automatically insert the information for each person you message with that template.

You can also delete template by clicking the "Remove Template" button when editing a template. 

When you're finished, you'll be able to use the template when you email candidates.
