There are 4 different methods for job seekers to apply for your positions.
Import their resume
Import a previous Alongside application
Import their Linkedin account
Apply manually
If a job seeker uses any of the first 3 import methods, their information will automatically be imported/parsed into the appropriate fields.

Employers also have the option to ask job seeker questions in their application (which can be used to filter applicants).
After applying, job seekers will have the ability to create an Alongside job seeker account. This will give them the ability to apply for positions using their previous application and view all of their past applications.
