To view the candidates of any positions, all you need to do is click on one of the positions. 

Once you're viewing candidates you can easily filter them.

To filter candidates all you need to do is select which filter you'd like (example: Questions, Rating...). After that, you can select the value that you are looking for.

If you wish to view where the most qualified candidates came from, you'll need to go to the analytics tab on the top navigation bar.

At the bottom of the page you can see exactly where your candidates fall into your hiring pipeline (Candidate flow).
