Sharing candidates with others outside of your hiring team

Want to send your candidates to those outside of your hiring team? You can do that easily. Here's how.

To share candidates with those outside of your hiring team. Just follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Go to the "Jobs" tab and click on the Job you're interested in.

Step 2: Select the candidates you'd like to share with others.
​

Step 3: Select "Share Candidates" in the "Bulk Actions" drop-down menu.
​

Step 4: A pop-up will appear for you to send the candidates to others. You can customize your message and send to multiple people. They get to work directly in their inbox and get specific access to the Alongside platform.
