Maybe someone drops off their resume in-person.
Or perhaps you receive resumes via email.
Either way, resumes that you have received outside of Alongside can be imported into the platform.

Simply go to "Jobs" and select the position you wish to add candidates to, and click "Add Candidates."

This will create an individual candidate profile for every resume you import. Thus, you can review and manage all of your candidates in one convenient place.

*Note that imported candidates have not gone through the Alongside application process, and thus cannot be filtered by questions, skills, etc.
