Do you think a candidate would fit better in another opening? If so you can move or copy candidates to a different job using the move functionality of the platform. The move functionality also allows you to move or copy candidates within multiple different subsidiary companies.
Step 1: Select the candidate(s) you wish to copy or move
To select candidates, click on the job that the candidate you wish to copy or move is stored on.
Select the candidates you wish to copy and move using the checkbox on the left hand side.
Step 2: Click on the "Move" button above all of the candidates
Step 3: Choose the company, position and the new status of the candidates you wish to copy or move the candidate.
Step 4: Select wether you wish to Copy or Move the candidate.
After that's done, you'll be able to see that the candidate either moved or got copied to the other position.
