You have 4 different types of questions you can ask job seekers:

  1. Short answer

  2. Long answer

  3. Yes/No

  4. Multiple choice

You can set whether the question is mandatory or not by clicking the "mandatory" checkbox on the top right.

Asking questions allows you to filter candidates depending on their responses to your questions.
